Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to figure out who you are, what you want, and how to balance that with others’ expectations. You don’t have to be in a crisis to benefit from therapy. Maybe you’re going through a major life change, struggling with anxiety or self-esteem, constantly second-guessing yourself, or noticing the same patterns showing up in your relationships. Therapy can give you a space to slow down, understand yourself better, build confidence in who you are, and make changes that actually feel right for you.

I’m Citlalli Zamarripa, a bilingual psychotherapist who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life changes, relationships, and what can sometimes leave us feeling stuck. I especially enjoy working with young adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, or uncertainty about the next chapter of their lives. An integral part of my work is helping clients feel more confident in who they are, trust themselves and their decisions, and create a life that feels like their own.

As a bilingual clinician, I’m especially passionate about working with Spanish-speaking clients and first- and second-generation individuals and families. Balancing different cultures, family expectations, and your own wants and needs can sometimes feel complicated. You may love and value your family while also wanting freedom to make your own choices. Therapy can be a space to explore those experiences, understand yourself better, and find a balance that feels right for you.

I also enjoy working with couples who want to better understand each other and feel more connected in their relationship. I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, trust concerns, emotional disconnection, and infidelity. I also have a special interest in premarital counseling and helping couples build a strong foundation for marriage by learning how to communicate, work through conflict, and better understand each other’s needs.

When working with families, I focus on helping family members communicate more openly, understand each other’s perspectives, and work through patterns that may be creating distance or conflict. I especially enjoy exploring cultural and generational differences and helping families stay connected while still allowing each person to grow and maintain their own identity.

In individual counseling, I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, ADHD, OCD, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. My approach is systemic and attachment-based, which means I am interested in understanding not only what you’re experiencing now, but also how your relationships and past experiences shape how you see yourself and connect with others.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what to say or having everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported, while also helping you recognize patterns, build confidence, and make changes that feel meaningful to you. If you are ready to figure out what you need and where you want to go next, I’d be honored to be part of that process.

Hello, my name is Charnae Leonce, a National Certified Associate Professional Licensed counselor who is passionate about helping individuals and couples move toward healing, wellness, and purpose. I provide faith-based, holistic therapy that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, and a variety of treatment approaches to create a personalized experience for each client. I work with adolescents, women, men, couples, seniors, blended families, and families navigating divorce and coparenting. My passion is to help others find peace in a chaotic world. We live in a time where many people struggle with various issues like depression, anxiety, grief, or hopelessness just to name a few.

Many people have read self-help books, blogs, listened to podcasts and sought counsel from friends, colleagues and family to no avail. Professional counseling provides real life applications to help the individual overcome a variety of issues. As a counselor, I look at each person holistically including your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

We all know that change is hard, but so often change can be a positive motivator in our lives. This has been the case for me. I retired from a career in the airline business to pursue my passion of helping others. I have received my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling, LPC from Liberty University.

My heart’s desire is to help those who are ready to change the narrative of their lives and write the best chapter of their life yet.

Life can be very challenging at times. It even says in the Bible John 16:33 that we will all face tribulations, but to take heart because Jesus has overcome the world. I want to be a beacon of light for those who are in darkness. I am the author of “Set Free 2 Live: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression and Anxiety”. Not only did I go through postpartum, but I experienced depression, anxiety, and panic attacks later in life, and every time I was able to get through by the grace of God and a lot of counseling. I know that having someone come alongside you to help you through the process is life changing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Liberty University in 2014. I have worked inpatient at Laurelwood Psychiatric Hospital for 8 years. I have also been working in private practice for over 4 years. I enjoy working with kids, adults, adolescents, veterans, and those struggling with substance use.

I am passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them get back to a life they are destined to live.
